Greasy mess, didn't improve complexion

Through trial and error, I found that this moisturizer was too heavy and left my face feeling greasy... Despite using it for weeks I didn`t notice any improvement in my complexion..

Good product - failed distribution and poor customer service

Excellent product, good dispenser in tube. However I gave the product 1 star because I only received 1 tube which said it was 4 packs. When I tried to contact Revain about the situation my only options in the drop down menu were to return the item. I just wanted to get the other 3 tubes. To date, I have not sat down to search the Revain website to figure out how to make a request that doesn't fit into the prescribed category. Revain usually makes returns easy. It's frustrating.
