I usually buy universal filters. This filters exhaust fumes and other odors from the road. I would buy this again. A bit expensive but does what it promises.

Fits and works well for 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It completely freshens the air in the cabin, cleans and reduces unpleasant odors, including that stinky street skunk smell.

I wanted to add a good cabin air filter to my 2002 Grand Cherokee. To my surprise, these beautiful SUVs didn't leave the factory with them! I purchased an aftermarket frame kit from FilterHeads.com and this filter from Revain. Everything works great and I saved a lot of money. (I used a piece of tape to secure the grid as my research seems loose.) Highly recommend! No more dust in the cab.

I haven't seen a skunk or anything like that and this is my first cabin filter. When I first started it, it had a distinct baking soda smell. At one point I drove past a lumber mill or something and smelled it, so it's not the best deodorant, but it does the trick. At least this will keep debris from clogging the cabin air system, I know for a fact I've pulled pine needles out of vents before. I will give it 5 stars and update when the skunks attack me.

The filter is perfect for the secondary holder I installed on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3 years ago. We live on farms and horse country and have noticed a significant reduction in outside odors inside the jeep as we drive past barns. Another reason I use a cabin air filter and kit is that it extends the life of the HVAC faucet doors and protects them from dust and insect damage. I just replaced 2 drives and the doors/panels are in great condition.

Please note the following first: The image on the Revain site is incorrect. The shape of the filter is not rectangular like in the picture, but a long and narrow but thick filter. As one reviewer said, this item CANNOT be used on your Jeep unless your vehicle was previously fitted with an aftermarket MOPAR body. 2010 or earlier Jeep Grand Cherokees did not have a factory installed cabin air filter. Add a filter that Chrysler is too cheap to install. You may need a frame¹ if this is your first time. Once a year our '10 Jeep GC WK gets a new filter. They fit perfectly and work great. You should see this &#%*@! that they keep the air system away from the cabin. Of course seat belts are as valuable to our respiratory health as seat belts are, but it's hard to imagine that they aren't an OEM requirement on ALL passenger cars!
