I am very disappointed in the quality of this shoe. I thought Chaco was a quality brand but after a few months of normal wear the shoes ripped apart. I will no longer order from a third party as Chaco will not honor the warranty if purchased from a third party.

Love these chacos. But I bought them in July and this happened today! I have many pairs of regular chacos and they have lasted a very long time. But that's not the case. Very disappointed. I don't know if the extra strap was the cause, but I'll go back to the regular chaco.
