This was my first pair of chacos and I will never go back. These things fit so amazingly and have such amazing support. Tan lines are also a plus! Very important.
Pros
I liked it but not the right size. But it looked great.
I love these chacos! The only problem is that the straps are too long and drag on the floor, so you'll either have to cut them off or find a workaround. Chaco should really fix this problem, but despite that, I still love her!
Pros
Damn perfect. Use them for everyday use and hiking. Can walk comfortably when tightened. Lasts forever.
I bought a pair of originals a few years ago, I didn't like the heavy sole. Clouds z is a different beast. They are much lighter and I wore them all day to a music festival, nothing but comfort. Buy your actual size.
Pros
Very durable and fits as expected.
Cons
The price was 20.00 more than the Chaco. I think I should have paid more attention.
The bands are thinner and more flexible than before. It's harder to just tighten it from the sanding position like my old version. Good support for my bows.
Pros
I'm size 8 and have a narrow foot. These chacos are amazing!
The straps chafed and irritated me no matter how tight I tightened or loosened them. I just couldn't find a comfortable way to wear them no matter how much I wanted to like them.
Pros
These fit my husband perfectly. Wear them every day and am very satisfied.
If you haven't worn a Chaco yet. just buy it already. Read the reviews here to see if they're worth the money. They are. I've had Tevas and many others. They're okay, but I prefer Chaco. They (Z-Cloud) have wider footstraps. They are comfortable and have cloud padding so they are very soft. Vault support is excellent. I highly recommend these sandals.
Pros
I have used these chacos for regular summer outings. I've worn them in the water and on hikes.
Cons
They stink after being used in the water and on land.
In my opinion, these things are too exaggerated. I think if you were a professional rafting guide wearing them all season they might be worth the money, but for the average hiker there are many options that are more comfortable and half the price.
They fit well, but this is the first time I've had to read instructions on how to loosen and tighten sandals. The quality of the strap isn't very good but I think I'll find out how long they will last.
I love Chaco and have had several pairs. The key to comfort and avoiding blisters is proper adjustment. I've worn out several pairs. I walk in it and in the past when I was a runner I ran in it. The big downside I've found with previous Chacos is that they have terrible wet grip. I have not yet worn this pair when wet.
Pros
Bought these for my son. He loves them very much and wears them often. I feel like I got a good price on these chacos
Runs true to size. It took me a while to get used to my feet but once I did it was much more comfortable than Tevas. My only complaint is that when small stones get caught between my feet and sandals when wading down the river, it can be very difficult for me to get them out.
I couldn't find a women's size 10 for under $100 so I bought a men's size 8 for $80 and they fit perfectly! If you have wider feet I would almost recommend men's just to ensure comfort. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.
