It is very easy to use, has good support from their team and it offers multiple ways of exporting information (CSV format) which makes it easier for you as an admin in getting data out of channel-kit. Nothing really bad about this software but I would say that they need more features like sorting by date or time range etc if needed. Very easy to use, good integration with social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook - it's great that you can also add your own tags too! I love that it is very easy to use, so anyone can understand how this works without any prior knowledge of what social media marketing entails!
