Gift for my niece

She seems to like it although as we live on different coasts I won't see it until I visit again. It arrived on time and in perfect condition and was exactly as advertised.

Poor product quality, NO Chantal customer service :-(

After the second use in my oven it had a long crack all over it - moreover it was used as advertised :-( As this can happen I contacted the manufacturer 2 months ago (it was a Christmas present) - never an answer. No customer support on the phone - just a virtual machine that directs you to their email inbox - which never answers your emails. Never again -

Not all 'cracked' to

I bought two of these buttery yellow plates at my local hardware store. I wanted to use them specifically for preparing rack of lamb. After about three uses, one of the panels cracked completely in half. Thankfully, this didn't happen when it came out of the oven or while it was in the oven. Other dishes are ok. I can't say that these dishes are easy to wash; On the other hand, lamb is one of the dirtiest things you can cook.

I really loved it. I particularly liked the fact that I was able to prepare myself.

I really liked it. I especially liked the fact that you can cook something, bake it and then heat it up in the microwave. However, the last time I baked a whole chicken, it cracked at the bottom. I couldn't figure out why my oven was smoking and when I checked all the liquid was dripping onto the bottom of the oven. I liked the ceramic feel and the ease of cleaning, much easier than Pyrex, but I don't recommend it and will be looking for another replacement brand.

Not what I expected

I have owned two Chantal rectangular bakeries for many years. They were beautifully decorated and always made the food more elegant. Unfortunately, one of them fell off and broke. So I decided to replace it and buy another one so I can have three (that's how much I loved those Chantal bakers). I didn't know that Chantal changed the design of her products. Of course I looked at the picture and it struck me as a bit different, but I thought it was just a photo perspective. I have referenced theโ€ฆ
