I don't know what happened to people's purchases that had a bad review, but mine was perfect. Very strong and very cute! They are an absolute hit with my kids and we love dachshunds! Everyone I've shown them to is crazy about them. Funny funny funny stuff!

I ordered the piggies, they are so darn cute! However after one use I was SO frustrated and when washing by hand the prongs fell out of two of them and it's the head side of both so two sets of four are rubbish. I think I should have stuck with the old form of corn we've had for years instead of paying close to $20 for one use.

Very nice and high quality, serve their purpose well. The difficulty is storing them without damaging the fingers when grasping them again. The original packaging isn't meant for everyday storage, so I found a solution - tape each pair to the ends of a wine cork. Bingo, they can be stored safely and space-savingly in a desk drawer and still look cool.

These cute and attractive corn cob holders are non-functional. It's difficult to plug them directly into the flask, probably because there are extra long wires and one is longer than the other. But here's the worst part: if you're using a whole cob of corn, the small end will be smaller in diameter than the holder. Your teeth will not be able to reach all of the grains without removing the piglet. This contradicts the purpose of the corn holder.

I had a set like this once and was confident of buying a new set. However, the eyes of all four in this set are so creepy creepy and blurry and just really badly drawn. They're a really fun gift because they're incredibly emotional, but I don't want to look into those scared eyes while I'm eating lunch. I won't unbox them, just ask for a replacement and hopefully the next set won't look so crazy. I gave three stars because it's not worth opening other qualities.

They're cheaply made, odd colors unlike any dachshund I've ever seen, and their eyes can only be described as creepy be designated. When I received this I thought it was great at first - very durable materials and looks cute. But when we first started using them, I realized that physical materials are a double-edged sword (literally!). It's just dangerous. There is no "sacrifice" at all and the metal pins are very sharp and hard. If you make a little mistake by sticking them in the corn and biting the metal, that's no good.
