I received this watch and it was not showing the correct time. The second hand was moving too fast, forcing me to keep resetting the watch. So after just a few hours I contact Charles-Hubert directly to have the problem fixed as the watch is under warranty. I was told that if I pay to have them shipped to their facility they will fix it and ship it back to me at no extra charge. So I sent her back to them. Got this for my husband as a 10 year anniversary gift and he loved it. I did a lot of research before buying and this is a good mid-range option. We had a few issues with the first one and had to send it back twice to finally have it replaced. Regardless, customer service was good and they kept their promise. The watch is very high quality and well made. You can tell when you touch it.

I give this product and the Charles Hubert brand 1 star. The watch only lasted 2 weeks. Instructions followed very carefully. I am extremely disappointed. That's totally unfair.

This is a very good pocket watch for the price. The quality is nowhere near the old watch I have but for the price it's what I expected. This is a good watch to carry with you every day, it tells the time well and is attractive. What doesn't bother me is that the second cannot be frozen when setting the time, which prevents fine-tuning. The instructions are murky. This watch comes with a chain and the quality of the casting could be much better.

Worked well for 10 days, then hour and minute hands froze together! The price is too high for the mass production of garbage

This is my second Swiss pocket watch (I broke the first one accidentally) and I'm very happy with it. I like the offset stem design, it's very convenient; and i really like the stainless steel construction, it holds up to daily wear and tear and still looks great. If I think about starting it, it will never let me down. Just a great everyday watch.
