It took me too long to get one of these. Had I been smarter in my early years as a motorcyclist, this bag would have been one of my first purchases. It's roomy but not bulky and is made of quality materials. No more backpacks for me!

I don't like it. I bought Chase Harper products in the 1970's and they were always good, reliable products that got the job done. However, I am shocked at how well this product works. Obviously whoever designed and built this product knows what they are doing. It's amazing that $100 can buy so much style, engineering and quality in one tank bag. Although the wings appear small with magnets, the magnets tenaciously stick to the gas tank.

If you're getting the magnetic version of this, stop reading now. It's great - click Buy. If you have a dumb bike like me and need a belt mount, do yourself a favor and buy a Givi. Unless you're one of those 1 in 100,000 people who actually looks good in European skinny jeans, the quick-release buckle on the strap of this bag will make your stomach crawl like a nagging worm in Star Trek II. Usually buy Nelson Rig. I prefer to support US made companies so I took a chance. It's not a bad bag, but it's a far cry from the quality of Nelson rig bags. No rain protection either. The main compartment does not open fully, which limits access. The zippers are not as smooth as Nelson Rigg's. The biggest problem is quality control. Fits perfectly (but I cut off the useless female tab below --- maybe someone will find it useful). The material is super strong and the magnets are strong enough for *any* speed without slipping. The description says a shoulder strap is not included, but I had a good quality strap with a nice wide pad that snaps onto the D-rings quickly and easily. I have had Chase Harper products before and this is no exception due to its exceptional quality. For my use, I could at least make it a little larger in length. The magnets are very strong and keep the bag 100+ stable on my VFR Interceptor. Highly recommended.
