Damn time! to Wellness & Relaxation

I've had neck/shoulder problems and headaches for YEARS due to a pretty nasty horse riding accident. The constant treatment helped, but I searched in vain for something to hit "that spot" on my neck and skullcap with at home. Most massagers are too far apart or hand held and when I have to press them against my neck I can't relax the neck and shoulder muscles. This little device is amazingly simple and effective. I still have to get used to that. This is similar to the myofascial relaxation massage in the occipital ridge area at the base of the skull. It simply places the fingers on the tendons of the neck at the base of the skull or just below the skull. I showed it to three. The medical staff and all three were familiar and recommended. I have improved my posture dramatically and quickly. This is by far one of the best health purchases I have ever made. The only thing that sucks is that you need a very deep knowledge of postural muscle anatomy to understand how to use them because there is literally a video and it's just for the back of your head.
