Description of Cheddar

Cheddar is a full-featured billing and recurring subscription management system that was built around usage tracking. Our api allows you to accept and track one-time charges, recurring payments, and track customer data in real time. At Cheddar's core is tracked items and metering, which allows for billing insights based on usage and customer activity. Cheddar provides dashboards with crucial metrics for SaaS businesses like churn, lifetime value, monthly recurring revenue, number of signups, customer activity, and so on. Cheddar is simple and flexible to get up and running quickly, manage customers painlessly, yet provide long term scalability. At the same time, Cheddar provides intelligent tracking of customer activity which allows for smarter business decisions around pricing.

Great Platform For Tracking Website Usage

Cheddar has been a great platform for us. It has been easy to use and integrate with our billing system. It's great that we are able to manage our customers from one system. We were able to quickly onboard users and start collecting data. It would be great if we could do a better job of explaining to new users what we're doing and how we're helping them. Also, I would like to see more integrations between Cheddar and other third party applications. Overall, we've been very happy users so far…

Pros
  • The ability it gives me as an admin is excellent; allowing myself or my team members (or anyone else) insight into customer behavior in real time without having any code installed at all! And this was especially helpful when implementing pay as you go plans because there wasn't much integration previously available via APIs hence no way currently existed before ceddharight?

Excellent product! Makes it really simple & quick

  • Support staff that actually help when there's an issue! That alone makes it worth trying out at least once!! :)

Very helpful especially for startups needing flexible payments

The ability to have different payment options (eChecking) without having multiple accounts or integrations makes this product very useful from my perspective as an entrepreneur who runs several online ventures at once! I wish there were more ways we could use it outside just eChecks but other than those two things everything has been great thus far!! Definitely worth looking into if your startup needs flexibility when accepting credit cards/payments through Stripe etc.. There are no downsides…

  • Can accept many types payments including regular CC's like Amex Visa Mastercard Discover Bank Of America JCB all with one solution :)
