Cheerwing CW4 RC Drone: 720P HD Camera, Perfect for Kids and Adults - Auto Hovering! Review

I finally learned to fly this bird! Wow this bird is awesome, it has altitude control and speed to choose from making it a great training drone. It comes with everything it says and even comes with two batteries, allowing for longer flight times. I would definitely recommend this drone, especially for those who are hesitant to enter the drone world. Mash is a great gift for the New Year! Last but not least, great customer service that answers all your questions in a timely manner.

Updated April 13, 2018 Mature son-in-law loved receiving the drone for Christmas. Both he and I found it difficult if not impossible to steer and ended up crashing into the bushes and destroying one of the engines. Charged twice and didn't last long enough to master the controls and really enjoy it. The engine swap is not worth it. So my first review is below. I flew 15-20 times, it was great, it was a lot of fun, I had some free time before work so I decided to fly. flew until my first battery died, waited a few minutes to keep the motors from overheating, plugged in my spare battery. I'm older than dirt and this was my first quadcopter. I chose the CW4 because it had many features found in more expensive drones and I thought these features would make it easier to learn to fly. And it's easy to fly, stable and very forgiving in flight. My landings are about a 50/50 drop to safe landings but the Cheerwing has proven to be pretty solid, I'm still on my native screws. One of the most stable and easy to use. I don't have a lot of coordination with handling and weather conditions, but with my CW4 it doesn't matter, it pretty much flies on its own. Make sure you fly this in a very wide area, it's like flying a Buick quadcopter. Calibrate the CW4 before your first flight, I highly recommend it. The CW4 was my first drone and I am very excited about it for a number of reasons: 1. It has altitude hold, which means you lift it to a certain height and it will (more or less) maintain this level.
