A great concept at first glance - keep the cheese in one place, cut it up and put it right back in the fridge. However, it's big, takes up more space than just a piece of cheese, and unfortunately the knives don't cut all the way through the cheese. You'll get down about 95%, but you'll have to break it to complete the cut.
