Great tool: kitchen utensils and gadgets

Ideal for opening lids and small glass lids. For those with arthritis, pain when trying to open a lid, or who cannot easily open a jar, this is the tool for you! It's easy to use and addictive without much effort on my part. Perfect for what I need.

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Weak set

You can't go wrong with this opener!

I just LOVE this bottle opener! I liked it so much I gave it to my neighbor friends. It effortlessly opens a glass or bottle of any size. I bought mine in 2015 and it's worn out now. I now have a new one in my shopping cart. One of my favorite Revain purchases!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Almost everything is available

I gotta love it in the kitchen and dining room

No more calling a "person" from another room or knocking on the worktop etc. This tool is indispensable for people with weak wrists. I will say that some jars are more difficult to open than others - you have to find a "middle ground". But even if it's not nice, it's possible and the banks will open. I am happy with the purchase. I will buy more for gifts.

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Functionality

The one that looks like a wedge

First I bought another can opener. The one that looks like a wedge. I had trouble with this opener. Then I returned it and bought this Chef'n Ajar Jar Opener. So far I've only tried opening two different jars with this opener. Both types that are not easy to open. I was able to open both with this Ajar opener without any problems. So, I'm glad I bought it. Pacific Ocean.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • 0

I am having trouble with the jar and lid when treating a broken arm. I have limited thumb use and gripping ability, so opening the jar lid is sub-ideal and painful. I manage to get this working with plaster. It has a good grip and long grip levers. I bought one for my mom who has arthritis issues in her hands. We both think it works well.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • No paint required

The best I've found. the best in kitchen and dining room

I'm getting older and have trouble opening jars. I've tried a few helpers and this one worked the best for me. It is very easy to use and no glass has failed yet. Helpful Tip: With most jars, you don't need to squeeze the handle that hard to make a dent. container lids; squeeze it just enough to keep it in place. I had a jar of salsa that I had to squeeze hard enough to keep the dent in the lid from slipping, but that didn't stop the jar from closing properly when placed back on the jar.

Pros
  • don't waste too much time
Cons
  • makes me angry
