Worked great on my 11 month old's messy hair! It doesn't stick at all. I only use a little and it holds his hair without being harsh or harsh. It lasts quite well for a couple of hours (again, I don't use much so I'm sure it will last longer if I apply more product) and leaves no residue. It comes with a booklet with some tips and tricks that I found very helpful.
