The black cartridge does not work from 1 box.

Delivery was great and fast, but the black ink didn't work. Luckily I bought 2 boxes because I'm homeschooling my daughter right now and we need to print out worksheets. Needless to say, this is disappointing, especially at $39.xx per box.
