Description of Cherne 270024 Test Ball 2 Inch Plug

Made of natural rubber body for excellent expansion and memory. Seals both round and out-of-round pipe. Usage Range: 1.9-2.25 in. Deflated Length: 2.84 in. Deflated Diameter: 1.77 in. Fits easily through test tees, sanitary tees, floor drains, and other hard-to-access pipe openings. Maximum Back Pressure: 13 PSI / 30 ft. Zinc-plated steel chain and ring handle acts as an anchor to prevent plug from sliding down a line. Broader expansion range than mechanical plugs.

Shower tray test.: Industrial devices

This is an excellent way of checking the tightness of the shower tray insert. After doing the prolapse, siliconize the drain insert X, pull out the hole, fold back the valves, cut X the screw holes, make sure there is silicone around each screw hole, and secure the drain. ALWAYS keep the drain holes clean. Insert a wire until the silicone dries. Use a bicycle pump and not a compressor to inflate the test ball, as it uses very little air. Doesn't hold air. May have received a bad one.

Ehhh. not sure if i should blame myself. This caused a leak such that the plumbing system pressure was only held for about 6 minutes before the plumbing air pressure leaked out. Very frustrating when trying to find "real" leaks in a DWV system. I'm trying to remember if I made a mistake with that in any way. I'm not a plumber who uses this every day; I only use it for my own house installation. I also bought a 4" fork and it worked fine. I bought a 3" replacement for this locally and it held…

How to clean the top rim of the toilet bowl

Not suitable for cleaning the top rim of the toilet bowl with a brush and detergent. A bit pricey for what it does, but I think it will last for decades. Has a standard valve (like a car tire). Flush the toilet, turn off the water supply. Insert this into the hole. Pump it up a little, not too much, maybe a pump or two for a snug fit.
