These rollers are a disappointment. They don't provide lasting curls, and some of them don't heat up properly. The only redeeming factor is their sleek design. However, they're simply not worth the high price tag. Beauty enthusiasts should steer clear of this product.

These rollers are fantastic! This is my first CHI product and now I see that all the hype is true. I have straight hair and not only did it give the perfect tight curl, but the style held! I am very happy with my purchase and have probably become a loyal fan of the brand.

Chi Medium is actually tall and so big it burns my scalp unless your hair is very long or shoulder length and thick.
