Everything was good BUT could be better

So I bought 2 orders and received them yesterday. so far i can check them one by one and i have found 10 of them defective as you can see in the picture: some have fabric defects, others are flattened. So the product is ok, but I'm not 100% satisfied. This is having a negative impact on my small business.
