Good product with one flaw

I like the look and feel of the purchase. The inner pocket was torn and worn when I received it. In fact, the inner fabric was badly frayed. 😢😢

Poorly made best in ladies

Immediately after unpacking you can see the poor quality. There were a few unsewn spots on the bag. My wife really wanted to like this item but she knew it wouldn't stand up to everyday use.

Compact/practical shoulder bag

Compact bag, useful as a technical organizer, shoulder bag. All pockets are good for separating consumables. Check the sizes to make sure they fit your needs and if so the quality is good and I recommend this item.

Looking for another.

The idea of this bag was great but the materials it's made of are bad. This bag can't hold as much weight as it seems. Straps are cheap, buckles are flimsy. They couldn't contain 2 laptops, a pencil case, a small water bottle, a wallet and a phone. Don't do this if you return it before it's too late.

Awkward shoulder straps are not pre-assembled - the bag is smaller than stated in the description

The quality is normal but not excellent. My only complaint at the moment is that the straps are not fastened for you when you arrive. I spent a lot of time figuring out how to put them on for the backpack swap to work properly. At least some instructions would be good. UPDATE: It's absolutely not 15" by 14". It doesn't even fit my 11 inch Macbook and I haven't even tried it on my work laptop because my tiny one doesn't even fit.
