My wife is trying to lose weight and has added this to her keto diet and after doing A WHOLE bunch of research she decided to try this supplement - she loves it - helps curb her appetite , and she's good with the flavor - not chalky like some drinks and it mixes really well.

I have nothing against artificial sweeteners because I drink the flavored water drops. This has a nice chocolatey velvety taste. I didn't notice any aftertaste and the sweetness was on point. Gluten Free, Chocolate Flavored, Little Stevia Aftertaste

It seems like I'm always working out for something and I'm making protein shakes all the time. I have 2 different brands as they are easy to find at my local grocery store and chocolate is my favorite flavor as I sometimes use it in baking as well. Overall blends well in water, almond milk and milk when using a blender bottle or my ninja when making a smoothie. It tends to clump together if you try and just mix with a spoon.
