Why I love that this product keeps its color even when washed warm and keeps good stretch in the cuffs even when I roll up the sleeves all the time (a must in my book! ).

The title says all you need. If you're interested in measurements, I'm an athletic type but small, 5ft 7in, chest 37, waist 30. About what I'd like it to be. If I wanted it to be a layered tank top I would go with the XSmall.

We would love this product if it matched the Evolution brand. This is a different brand than what we previously ordered. Evolution fits well. They are too small, too narrow.

I usually wear a size medium (I'm 21 year old male, about 5'7" and 190 pounds, well built). I deliberately chose a size larger to be on the safe side. I love this shirt, but you should know that if you work out or just have pretty big hands, this shirt fits my shoulders and even my forearms well. Now I will wear it as a t-shirt in winter. Be sure to order two sizes. at least.
