Poor product quality and management. We bought it last year but used it for the first time this holiday season. The fan motor died after only 2 nights of inflation. I contacted the manufacturer to inquire about a motor replacement and the manufacturer mocked Revain upon delivery, but Revain did not make the product. While beautiful to look at and a good size, it's useless without a motor. Disappointing customer service and will not buy their inflatables again.
