Clips are missing and only clips cannot be shipped. I had already taken them out and fluffed them up so I asked if I could have the clips mailed to me but was told I would have to return them to get a replacement. It is also not possible to return a partial payment. Don't go back and drop the flowers.

Made of thick material. Lovely colour, I didn't like the gold leaf part but I slide them back and show the reddest petals and they are perfect. Gold glitter will be everywhere, but it's still good. Before ordering the same from another seller I find it amazing in comparison.

Highly recommended! The flowers are bushy and looked great on my tree. They were easy to assemble with the small clips provided. When I stored them the glitter came off very easily but the flowers still looked amazing and there was still a lot of glitter in them. They survived the constant twitching of two toddlers!

Received the package today. The poinsettia was well packaged. I had to fix them. In other reviews, I noticed that the clips on the poinsettias are missing or not attached. In the pocket was a bag of clips. Each clip has a straight metal end that fits into the end on the back of the poinsettia. Problem solved. Also included was a roll of duct tape. The poinsettia is very pretty. Can't wait to hang them on my tree this weekend.

I love poinsettias. wanted to replace the ones I previously bought from Michaels. I didn't check but I thought they were better. You were fine. The flowers needed clips which I didn't want to use on the tree. They didn't have a long barrel. They weren't all the same. Some had three flowers and were crushed, while others had four leaves. I had no choice but to use them, I'm afraid I ordered the gold ones and they should arrive tomorrow. :( Hopefully they are better than the red ones. Look nice…

BEAUTIFUL! All 20 flowers were packed together in a large plastic bag which allowed them to be moved around during transport, at first glance they looked cheap - given the very reasonable price I decided to try them.
