Very cool item just not the easiest to use or clean making it difficult overall. The dough will get stuck in the gaps, but it's fun to use if the cookies are inserted as planned. Patience is key to using this.

I was so excited to finally get this for the holidays but wow! It is much work. The dough has to be absolutely perfect and you have to print correctly or it will smudge and the dough will stick. The cookie looks good once you get the quirks out of the way, but it was just too much work for me. Cleaning takes time (test selection).

This rolling pin surprised me. It's small and the design is laser cut so the indentations run straight down rather than sloping like a hand cut pin. I followed the instructions and got beautiful prints and made beautiful cookies. Lightly dusted with flour, everything works great. Stay away from recipes that use baking soda or baking soda. Chill the dough.

This rolling pin is made of solid wood. Made from one piece. The handles are not separate. It is carved with images of snowflakes and floral flourishes. It is good to use when making buns. The pattern is applied over the entire surface of the pen. It's better than just having it in certain places. Thus each spot on the test has some sort of pattern covering it. No part of the territory remains clean.
