Chroma Graphics 42517 License Plate Review

Will not fit JK 2012+ front bumper. The panel cover is 1/2 inch wide and will not fit between the fog lights on the bumper. I do NOT recommend this product.

I mean. It's a Jeep license plate, but it doesn't fit under the Jeep's license plate light. The small jeep grille on top will prevent the plate from installing properly. a terrible design flaw in my opinion.

Looks good but only the front frames could be fitted. The rear frames didn't fit because they are too thick to fit under the rear license plate light. I have a 2014 JK.

This license plate cover does not fit my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I had to tap it with a rubber mallet to make it fit under the light. This makes it stick out on the right side instead of lying flat. Everything is OK. No wow effect.

It was a gift. We were happy with the licensed frame, it just didn't fit their Jeep very well. They're trying to figure out how to make it work. I assumed the frames are standard for all cars.

Adds a lot to the rear of my 2015 Jeep Renegade! I didn't put it on the front, only on the back. I love branded accessories for my Jeep. I wish they had more than two screws so I can attach the bottom screws (the rumble when I close the trunk drives me nuts). Otherwise great product!

Nice product and good quality for the price. It would be great to know the inside dimensions. The frame inside is much smaller than it looks in the photo. The frame hides the license plate tab for MI numbers so I had to go back. In addition, there are two small differences from what is shown in the Revain image. Dimensions and deviations see attached picture.

The quality of the license plate frames seems to be very good. nice and hard However, they will not fit the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. There is not enough space between the fog lights on the front bumper for the frame to sit flush. It fits in the back (sort of) but the bezel doesn't fit snugly around the license plate bracket and it looks very sloppy. I take them off and send them back because they just don't fit.

I bought this for my 2012 JKU. I installed fog lights in my front bumper. This frame is too wide to fit between the lights. I need to use about 1/2 inch standoffs to raise the board off the surface to allow room for the frame to be installed. I tried installing it from the back but it got stuck in the body of the flashlight. Without creativity, there is neither front nor back. No hardware is included either. 3 stars for quality. It's well made and looks great. I'm a techie so getting creative…
