I ordered a 5x and was excited when I first tried it on because it did fit. The problem is after a few minutes the back started rolling and is uncomfortable. The velcro on the straps is hard to work with and it doesn't help that the fabric is double layered so everytime you try to adjust them the fabric will not sit flat. I was very disappointed wearing this. The underarms feel like they are pinching into your skin. Everything else fit fine but that is a very uncomfortable feeling.

I wear a medium (8-10) in shirts. I order a medium but it doesn't fit, nor does it have any stretch to it. Also it rolls up or gets in lumps, fits too long and I don't sweat even when I have it on all day. It isn't worth the money, if you buy may have to go a size up.

This waist trainer was a good fit, but with the two bands I thought I would get a firmer hold. I did not. So if you're looking for a medium vs firm hold, it will work for you.

The vest itself is comfortable but the band around the waist has absolutely no stretch at all. It looks like it does according to the picture but it isn’t true.

This is not a real waist trainer. There should be some resistance and your waist trainer it should fit snuggly with just in a room to breathe and move about for exercise. The fabric should also be water resistant. It should fill a little stretchy but not too much. In a real waist trainer I am a 6X at 5’7 273 pounds. This trainer look like it was thrown together on someone’s kitchen table with fabric brought from Joanns. But I guess that’s what I get for trying to be cheap I originally paid 85…

This isnt a sweat vest as well, just trainer. Not what I expected. The quality is alright. Not Neoprene lined maybe Neoprene blended fabric but it didn't work well. It also is very rough fabric around arm holes and rubbed me bad.

I really like the product i hope they send me the new 1 with correct size. I wanted to exchange not return. Thanks for attention!

This product is true to size and way more comfortable then others that I have bought! I don't normally do reviews but this product deserves 5 stars! The only thing to keep in mind is wearing the right bra with it.

this vest is fabulous, it really does the job and gives me the hourglass figure i used to have and maybe help train my waist that mother nature has taken away. product is well made and really does the trick. I would purchase this again, good value for the money.

The material is resistant but flexible so I worked out without an issue. Zipper stays put and size is as expected. I absolutely recommend this waist-trainer vest.

This has been one of my best purchases, the vest does exactly what it says it does MAKE YOU SWEAT the stretch is amazing. I did purchase a x-large thinking it would run small based on the reviews that was not the case its true to size so I could have went with a large but overall I'm satisfied.

This is my 2nd one buying. I have a work one and a play one. I love the way it makes me look in my clothes. All smooth and well put together. The price is amazing and so it the quality. I have lost inches and sweat every time I wear it. Me personally I wear I light T-Shirt under it because if I don't my skin drys out. Other then that amazing 👏 👍💯

I think as long as you get the right size you will like this but for plus size women we are looking for a bit more control and this ain’t it.

Definitely worth the purchase! It’s confortable, stretchy & does the job it’s supposed to do! I ordered a medium and will be ordering a small soon!
