I did a lot of research before buying this vacuum. I find this to be a real help in keeping my carpets and floors clean. The nozzles fit easily on a wand and I can honestly attest my carpets look better. This is a much better product than I have ever used.

Very well thought out design. They will use the wand and its attachments because they made it too easy not to. It's quiet and very powerful, two really good things. On the left is a floor/carpet switch that you press with your foot. Very well done. I can't imagine more vacuum.

Very good commercial vacuum cleaner. This vacuum replaced the Sharp my wife bought in the mid 90's. She didn't want a bagless model and this one came highly recommended. I love onboard tools. The price was great for such a high quality vacuum cleaner and the delivery was very fast!

Suctions very well at first, but is very heavy. Then the pieces just started popping out like a switch between soil types. The level indicator never worked. A piece has come loose from the bottom making it very difficult to slide. I didn't even think about the height. I will contact the manufacturer to try to save under the warranty

This is a great replacement for the old Eureka Boss. It's more expensive than Mainland China models (this one is made in Taiwan), but the quality and good construction are as expected from Taiwanese products. With this model, vacuuming is much easier because the brush automatically adjusts to different carpet heights and the hose has a large stretch for using manual nozzles. This is without a doubt the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. It's not overly heavy, but heavy enough to feel like it works. The designer must have been a woman because it's ergonomically perfect. There is a carrying handle for the vacuum cleaner directly above the bag collector. If you are looking for a really good handheld vacuum with a bag, this is the vacuum for you. It has all the bells and whistles that more expensive vacuums have, but what sets it apart is you don't see/feel it until you use it. The pull of this thing is just unreal!
