We bought this at the last minute for a Mike Wazowski costume bought from another seller. It's not a perfect match if you're buying something similar, but it's close enough. We've continued to use the rest and sleep set but the material is a little flimsy so we'll see how it holds up to more washings but otherwise perfect value for money.

Urban thermal yarns were a better brand than others I've even used big brands like GAP for Ralph Lauren. Fits as expected but bought 4T for my 3 year old. The reason for the increase in size is that the fabric naturally shrinks after repeated washing and drying. The thermal fabric doesn't shrink too much and the 4T fits well enough without being tight or shortening the legs and arms. In the harsh New England winters, my little one seems to be fine. For size reference I bought 3T for my almost 5 year old - he is 4 but will be 5 in a month and is less than 4. Don't know his specific sizes but mostly he usually wears top 4T/4 (not tight) and 3T/36m. floors.
