Works great, opens bottles

Not much to say here other than this thing works really well for opening beer bottles. One gentle movement and you're done, just like the big ones. So the business end design is great. It's thick enough and very durable so I'll lose it long before it wears out. The edges are a little sharper than I'd like, but I took care of that with sandpaper. It could also use a hole for hanging, but I'll add it myself, whatever. Fits perfectly in the flat side pocket of my Polar Bear Soft Fridge.

Pros
  • Fixed
Cons
  • Some issues

Specifically helpful.

To be honest I bought this to use at parties but usually someone has a bic lighter or a bottle opener in their pocket faster than my wallet drawing skills. Shopping for the lonely beer drinker, non smoker, or someone too professional to have a keychain/bottle opener on their keychain, or a guy who is all of that. Nice gift for brother too. However, it is a bit bulky and a bit thicker than a credit card. No matter what, it looks like you're holding more money than you actually have on the…

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say

When you drop it as a shuriken

You can open your beer or use it as a makeshift weapon in an emergency. This thing is strong, a little bigger than a credit card but about 10 times heavier. If you throw it like a shuriken, expect it to hit the wall or the forehead of the unlucky one. It's a bit fun to hold in your hands, but the bottle cap comes off easily enough and in the end, that's all that matters. Like a bottle opener, it serves its purpose.

Pros
  • Steel
Cons
  • Not as thick as other pickaxes
