- Easy interface, quick response support team via phone call vs e mail responses only once ever sent back then ignored..and no reply within 3 weeks..originally called every day until finally told "we will get someone else"...repeated calls each hour daily till resolution...even more frustrating than getting NO RESPONSE!!!!!
