Makes a world of difference

I have hearing problems and this phone was just what I needed. Two of the best features are that I can increase or decrease the volume during a call and change the tone of the caller's voice. I knew the volume would help, but I was amazed at how much the tone changed.

Pros
  • Super loud flashing ringtone with adjustable tones and voicemail indicator, call barring/call filtering to block and filter unwanted calls
Cons
  • No automatic

BEST for severe hearing loss!

This phone was the 'ANSWER' for my 103 year old mother. She is almost blind, very hard of hearing and unable to answer the phone let alone hear it ring. Once we got to the menu button and locked ourselves into Boost, we had a phone that we could easily use to talk to our mom, who lives in a nursing home. Now she hears the phone ring, picks it up and we can hear each other. And I received great customer service from the Clarity staff who took the time to address my specific needs by speaking to…

Pros
  • Ultra-loud phone with tone control (4 levels), boost button and volume control for private listening. Boosts outgoing speech by up to 15 decibels so others can hear you better
Cons
  • Crumpled

The people I call can't hear my voice and hang up.

I want to return this phone as it is not a reliable phone. People can't hear me and always hang up. This is more for the blind than for the hard of hearing. When I dial the number, the woman speaks to me and tells me what number I dialed! I DO NOT NEED this feature, it is a feature that a BLIND person needs. I bought this phone because I wanted to hear the person on the other end of the line better. But after having this phone since March 2021, it's only getting worse. I wish I could return it!

Pros
  • Real-time Slow Talk to slow down real-time voicemail and voicemail messages, caller ID announcement and talking backlit dialpad in English or French
Cons
  • The list will be long.
