Box looked good and arrived on time. However, the head cleaning tape was so poorly made that it got stuck in my player, wouldn't rewind, and jammed so badly that my VHS (which worked great) just cut out. I ended up having to take the VHS player apart and use pliers and 2 screwdrivers to get the sob out. This must be a very old product. That didn't work for me. I mean, the cassette is really broken. When I went to their website (digitalinnovations.com) this product was not listed. When I specifically looked for it (Pure DR for VCR), the product didn't fit at all. Ouch! That's what happened. If I didn't have my old "SCOTCH (Dry) VCR Head Cleaner Plus" to replace, I'd be ruined now. I bought this "Brand CleanDr." to help my "1993 SCOTCH (Dry) VHS Head Cleaner" in case it becomes unusable in the future, but obviously I was wrong. My '27 year old' SCOTCH brand cleaner (used sparingly for years) had to come to the rescue after 'CleanDr.' I almost ruined my "old 1999-2000" but very good "Panasonic VCR".
