Maybe it's my fault and I didn't read the description well enough, but they're literally just stickers. They don't heal or anything. You might as well put a band-aid on your face, because that's it. I've tried CorsRx patches and others but none of them compare to Clearasil patches! These are the first patches that seem to be cleaning up the junk! Plus I can wear them all day and they're almost invisible! My only complaint is that they don't make a very large patch to cover a large rash.

Have been using it for 2 months. They work really well, my acne is pretty bad from time to time. They help get rid of deep acne under the skin. I have several family members and friends who get them too and now they swear by them. This can dry out the face around the pimple from time to time.

This will be my fourth box and it never disappoints. I have tried other acne patches at night and my pimples are still red and inflamed but this one is very effective which shocks me. Works great at night or at home. I will continue to buy cases of these! It saves you from annoying stains and gently removes dirt. I'm a bit obsessed with how handy they work to heal/protect skin.
