The best part of Clearwage is that it tracks all of my paid time off and ensures I'm always paid what I'm owed. It allows me to add new vacation and sick days, and then automatically update my paychecks. It can be a bit slow at times, but that's mainly because time is money. I like that it can be customized to each employee's needs, which makes scheduling super easy! I like that it allows me to see all my accounts in one place, as well any invoices or payables with them so there's no need for multiple programs/apps! It also has some really nice reports built into their system which can be helpful when tracking your spending (or lack thereof). They're working towards getting more integrations added but they've been very active at doing this over time-wise even though we have yet another payroll solution from Intuit coming out next year!!
