Excellent, strong, easy to use

This is a great rope. It is strong and easy to tie/untie knots with. I use it to attach the top rope and it works great. would recommend

Fair rope: Rope

The rope sheath slips into my belay devices. It's serviceable, but there are better options for the money. I used 4 tips while waiting for my Sampson Predator rope to arrive.

Pros
  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • It's ok

Just What I Need: Rock Climbing

As a Boy Scout leader, I needed a short "real" climbing rope to learn basic climbing knots. The rope is more than sufficient. I was impressed that the rope came with a storage bag even though it was only 10 meters long.

Pros
  • Camping
Cons
  • Very Expensive

A Few Problems - Rope

The rope coating began to wear off on the first day of use. In addition, it has several bulges. One of them is so heavy my Prusik can't get over it until I solve it. The most troubling problem, however, is a notch in the rope about 1/16 inch deep. The area around the padding just doesn't feel right. I don't trust this rope with my life and will probably throw it away. I would definitely not buy it again.

Pros
  • Rope, cord and webbing
Cons
  • Cleanliness
