The quality of this item was poor, the tip bent on the second use. I have cheap drug store clippers that are more durable than these. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they were very sharp before the tip was bent. The guard was definitely appreciated as long as it was operational.

This hair clipper can be operated with two hands. This would work if you were cutting someone else's nails, but it makes it impossible to cut your own. If it had been disclosed I would not have bought them.

I've been using it for a year and a half now. At first I thought it was very good because it cuts well and is made of quality steel (and a nice color). Considering the price they are of excellent quality and cut well. My only two concerns are that they came with no instructions on how to use the two feather things that came with them. I thought it might be great and solve my problem. I've had multiple surgeries on my knee so it's difficult for me to reach my feet to trim my nails. My nails are also quite thick. Aside from the downside that other reviewers have mentioned (that they're not spring-loaded, so don't open on their own), they just don't cut very well. I'm going back to using my old clippers and can still try to get them back as they're pretty much useless. At least it wasn't a big investment.
