It must be of cheap material as I have had several sterling silver necklaces and jewelry. That's all I wear and buy. This necklace arrived bent and scratched. Then it broke 5 minutes after my girlfriend put it on. I then had to bend it and press the metal back together. Broke again in less than a day. I was returned. I also got the wrong chain width size. I am very disappointed in this.
