Using this router bit our team found that it produced clean cuts with minimal tear-out on hardwoods and composites. The raised backcutter design adds a level of precision to our cuts and allows us to create cleaner joinery. However, the higher cost of this bit may not be justifiable for hobbyist or occasional use..
Pros
Efficient performance due to the raised backcutter design
Cons
The raised backcutter diameter requires proper maintenance to prevent wear and tear over time.
Based on my observations of this Industrial and Scientific router bit, I was blown away by the precision and cleanliness of the cut it produced. The raised backcutter not only made the cutting process smoother but also prevented chipping and tear-out. However, its slightly higher price point may deter some hesitant buyers from purchasing. Overall, a great investment for any professional or serious hobbyist in the cutting tool industry..
Pros
Efficient in producing a smooth finish on the wood surface
The milling cutter came without a 5/8 inch bearing. The shipping box was sealed so I suspect the item was shipped without stock. The seal on the plastic case was broken. Try to put the camp in place.
