The hat itself is great but I thought I would get a pink hat and it was dark blue. I would return it but I will be charged a return shipping fee by BC Surf and Sport so I won't bother with an exchange (which sucks because I was misled) but other than that the great quality and the great height good for my big head .

The gold color is definitely more orange than I thought, but I also like it. The blue color is PERFECT. I love charcoal hats. I have many of all colors. They are so thick and warm. I've had my original for over 5 years and it hasn't stretched yet.

Very good quality hat, stylish and warm. I bought this for my son to wear on his commute to work (about a mile) and it starts at 6am so it's very cold at that time of the morning here in the Northeast US. My son is much more comfortable with this hat. I struggled to convince my son to put something on his head but he enjoys wearing this hat because it looks good and is comfortable.

This hat looks decent, seems to be well made. It works on the wide side like most hats of this style. Washing them is a chore because they recommend hand washing. Hat makers of this sort seem to put too much material on the hat today to get to the limit. Slightly less material on top seems to make for a closer, warmer fit.
