Muline in different colors!

When I ordered this floss I was wondering how many strands there would be in multiple colors but I took a chance with this batch. I believe there are 18 of them with more than one solid color. There are about 6 left of just one color. My daughter loves it because she can weave colorful bracelets and straps in bright, eye-catching colors with just one ball of yarn.

I am so disappointed in this product.

I unpacked the embroidery thread yesterday, is there a money-back guarantee? The floss literally stretched and broke, I had a special pattern I made for my daughter and as a result the embroidery was torn off. I had to remove the threads and the kitchen towel had so many stains that it turned into a rag. I am so disappointed in this product.
