We had questions and wrote to the company. The response was almost instantaneous and exceeded all expectations. These people started in the middle of Covid but James' response was very thorough. The product is excellent, our grandchildren aged 4 and 6 love it

The snorkel valve in this set began to deteriorate after our 9 year old's second use in our pool. Now we can't even get the valve to sit right at the base and so all the water just fills the bottom of the tube. The mask will never fit well around her nose. I will try to return.

Great product! The seal around the nose and mouth works well and my 7 year old daughter can adjust the mask herself. I bought it so she can swim in the pool without pinching her nose and it has worked well. Also the snorkel part works well when submerged underwater, the top part closes to keep water out.

We bought Cobalt Hamoa and Komodo snorkel sets for our kids and they were a huge hit. They were in the pool with them when they arrived and have hardly taken them off since. Since we haven't heard any complaints, they should work just fine. So far they've only used them in the pool but we look forward to using them on our next trip to the beach.

I bought this for my 8 year old to use on vacation. The mask worked well. The hose sometimes got stuck, and when it dried up it was impossible to breathe through it. We were in the ocean so the salt water would cause the valve to stick as it dries out if not flushed with fresh water. Easy to fix. Not professional quality as it's for kids. she liked it.

This mask is perfect for my 6 year old daughter. Goes well with the face. It's very easy to adjust the headbands compared to others we've had. I like that the snorkel closes when it goes underwater.
