Excellent Performance!

Based on my experience, this indexable insert works top notch. It makes a clean, smooth cut on my lathe and has a long lifespan. The multi-layer coating helps decrease wear and tear, making it a cost-effective choice for industrial and scientific applications. The only downside is that it's a little pricier than other inserts, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality.

Pros
  • Clean, smooth cuts and long lifespan
Cons
  • Higher cost compared to other inserts

Two thumbs up

Fast delivery. Good nozzle for your money. I only have one complaint. The first bit broke in half as I was pulling it into the holder. No further problems and I will definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Multilayer TiN/TiC/TiCN/TiN coating for turning and milling of carbon and alloy steels, tool steels and stainless steels
Cons
  • No productivity

I like them so far

I like them so far. Fits snugly and neatly in my holders. Only the second edge of the first insole after a few weeks is so hard to fault. The chipbreaker seems to work well in steel, but I think the lower feed pressure on my home machine is why the chipbreaker only works "well". Overall I'm happy with a great price for fooling around at home.

Pros
  • 7 degree angle
Cons
  • So far so good
