The instructions say to 'squeeze' the capsule for a good seal. I just pour in coffee, close the capsule and make coffee. I collect it in a 2 cup Pyrex measuring cup and the few grist that goes in ends up at the bottom of the Pyrex bowl. Then I just check if I've poured the last coffee. Works perfectly 99% of the time. 1 or 2 ground coffee will easily remove the remaining 1%. I use Dunkin' Donuts Medium Blend coffee. I just love it! This lowers the price of commercial capsules.

Place the pod in the holder, add coffee, close the wet lid and brew the coffee. There are no clues inside the box and the writing on the outside is so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it. Shows iron? on the box and I have no idea what it's in there for! iron capsules? NO! My little…

The material was also different as it used to be more like your traditional cone shaped coffee filters with a nice firm feel but now they are like paper towels. They tear easily and never stay closed except for the first few minutes. If you're like me you tend to do it in batches. I like to make about 20-30 at a time as some of them…
