It's not 5 stars folks

Bought this at a much higher price than some of the other options based on reviews. And I should have looked more closely as I suspect there may have been in-game incentives from the seller. This item does not get 5 stars in this price range. - Color OFF I have a 2017 MacBook Pro in Space Gray and hopefully the photos show that the color is slightly different. He's too blue. The USB-C ports are crooked and not perfectly aligned. So after a few uses they loosen up, they still work, but sometimes

The design looks great at first glance, fits snugly and precisely to the computer. I tried several hubs and this one worked great. All the others I tried I threw in the bin. The biggest downside: the two pins that attach the hub to the computer are so flimsy that they break easily. No matter how careful you are, this WILL HAPPEN and you will need to replace the hub. I gave up on that design and ordered a USB-C hub adapter, the VILCOME 8-in-1 USB-C Adapter, for $29.99. Will update this reviewโ€ฆ

Unsuccessful landing. - Computers and accessories

The docking station serves its purpose, but it is very weak and unfortunately, due to the short internal connections, it can easily be knocked off. Also, I have to remove the (thin) laptop case to connect it properly, which is unfortunate as I'd like to be able to use the dock while my laptop is still protected. Most other ports I've used have a secure "locking feel" when I plug them in. Not at this station. For such an expensive device, the quality should have been outstanding.
