The exchange was not difficult at all. My headphone jack is dead. At first only the right channel worked, then a few days later the entire headphone jack died. It didn't realize I had anything plugged in at all, so I just replaced it with the ifixit manual and now everything works great!

This product was easy to install for this newbie! I watched and followed along with YouTube videos for directions. It took me about an hour from start to finish - I took my time and replayed the video. But for those who know what they're doing, this would be a trifle. Two days have passed since the installation and so far so good!

The microphone doesn't work when you don't use the speakerphone. It's a major inconvenience to keep taking phones apart to find working products. This will probably be the last time I order from Revain.

Works great and fits perfectly. Everything is working well. Just remember that you need to keep the mount that was on the old one's zipper and attach it to the new one. There is also a plastic part that holds the microphone. A new one must also be put on. The microphone sounds like an apple and the headphone jack and lightning connector work great. I installed it using the ifixit guide and my TouchID still works. When installed correctly, it's great.
