Expensive but high quality and easy to assemble.

Expensive but works well. 6 months old and holding up strong. Easy to set up and even the jack didn't come off the ground which was flat due to the broken barrel. Installed, inflated and still holding air.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Clarity

saved my back!

I was thinking I was going to have to bust my trailer tire in the middle of nowhere when the valve stem broke. Instead I just snapped the old stem, put the old one in, put the new Colby stem in and tightened it up. below added some air and viola!

Amazing performance

This product does exactly what you want and performs better than expected. At the very least, it's a great glove box storage item for when you're towing a trailer or going off-road. Of course you need something to inflate a tire, but it saves you the hassle of changing tires. You can always change the tire later when you return to civilization. :)

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Negative impression

Worked for my unique application. Questionable reliability but

Used for playground tyres, hence YMMV. Had to throw one away after it kept spinning despite using minimal force. It broke from spinning and came loose inside the tire. The second went the same way, but I stopped tightening before it could turn. The air seems to be ok for my application.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Only available in white

Installed on a Honda Goldwing F6B

I never write reviews but this product was so perfect I had to. The valve stem was dry and leaking. I couldn't move the tire to the side far enough to replace the valve stem with a stock one. I pulled out the old one. Added this one. Tightened and inflated the tire in 2 minutes. All without dismantling the wheel. I drive two days. PERFECT! Many Thanks.

Excellent quality replacement valve stem

They are very well made and very easy to assemble. The good thing is that you don't have to remove the tire from the rim to mount it. One thing to note when installing. They should be fairly snug, but don't overtighten as this could damage the rubber bushing. You can actually turn the nut by hand with the valve stem in hand before installation to see the brass piece expand the bushing to seal it in the wheel (just as a test). Remember to loosen again before installing. Don't tighten it with a…

It cost me less than a tire shop.

I had a broken valve stem and needed to replace it. I called everyone around and asked what the current price for the replacement was because I couldn't put it back on the bead. I was told somewhere between $30 and $50. Luckily I had heard about this product a few weeks earlier and seen some good reviews. I gave it a try because it would only cost about $30 for two. Pulled the bar out of my tire and dropped the bulb in. I cleaned, tightened and aired the mating surface. A few months later, he's
