Easy to keep clean. Grinds pepper perfectly according to my parameters. Salt grinds very well. Even setting it doesn't produce a large grain like if you bought it in a regular sea salt container. It's great for a desk and easy to store away if you're short on closet space. I would recommend people to buy it.

We were very happy to find what appeared to be a decent bench grinder, but after a year the plastic case started to crack. Since the crack could not be felt either inside or outside, we continued to use the grinder. Three months later, the crack reached the mouth of the peppery side (see photo). We fear that we will soon start shredding and eating plastic. Now we buy another brand.

These salt and pepper grinders are very well made and attractive. They grind well. The compartments are easy to open and fill. After I bought one, my son and his wife stopped by for dinner and mentioned that they would like something similar, so this year I bought one as part of their Christmas party. That being said, I bought one for her, I bought a second one for myself. Now I have one at my table and also one at the bar. I am very happy with them.

We were looking for a cute combination of salt and pepper mill in a minimalist style. It's beautiful, white, gray and transparent go very well with our minimalist wood decor. Convenient to hold and grind, it grinds both pepper and sea salt very well. The only thing we noticed is that after the salt is ground, if it is placed salt side down, the salt tends to fall on the table; So we keep the pepper down and the problem is solved. We love it.

First, a small manufacturing flaw: the threaded metal rod in the center of the peppermill half protruded slightly beyond where the flared base could lay flat on the countertop. This left the table prone to scratches (thankfully nothing happened) and the grinder wobbled when placed on the end of the peppers. He was fine as long as the end of the salt shaker was down. This is a well designed and well finished product and I am very pleased with its performance. If you prefer to add freshly ground pepper and salt to food you've been cooking for a long time, this coffee grinder is a good choice.
