This doesn't explain that you have to put your phone down while they watch your child brush their teeth. I thought the toothbrush had motion sensors that detect your child brushing their teeth. I don't have time in the morning to put my phone down and record him brushing his teeth. If that were the case, I could sit down and watch it for myself. waste of money.

If I could give this product 10 stars I would, my son loves to brush his teeth! He gets so excited when each microbe attacks and ends up demanding the price. Whoever came up with this has helped many parents make brushing their teeth a much more enjoyable experience!

This particular toothbrush has no app connectivity so you won't get weekly results. The application only captures the movement of the brush. There must be a wifi brush somewhere, but not with this purchase. This is very disappointing as it is labeled as a starter pack.

Absolutely false. Nothing intelligent about this toothbrush. The app asks you to turn on Bluetooth, but the toothbrush cannot transmit a signal. The toothbrush is standard. The "power" button is just a molded button. This is not a real button. Don't buy this.

My daughter is FINALLY learning how to brush her teeth properly! I worked with her for many years teaching her how to brush her teeth properly and how did she finally learn it? From that Colgate app, not me! Rzhunimagu! Thank you for this product and this app; it made my life easier and my 9 year old's life was more fun! The app was a bit difficult to learn at first - and we couldn't get it to work properly on a tablet - although it works great on our phones. Great idea and great product!

I bought this app because I thought it would help my daughter brush her teeth better by showing her the missing spots. I downloaded and set up the app but as soon as it holds the toothbrush it keeps throwing an error message and telling me how to hold the tooth. I am in a hurry. She kept it exactly as it said in the picture and in the instructions but for some reason it didn't register. I liked the idea of being able to track the brush and see which areas of the teeth were skipped while brushing, but there's literally nothing on it the toothbrush that tracks the actual brushing. No bluetooth or wifi connection at all. It's just a cheap dollar toothbrush where you have to get your kid to open the app and pretty much record how they brush their teeth and based on how they looked while brushing they figure out which spots they are missed. an absolute waste of money and time.
