My solution was to pop out the plastic cap with all the bulges and push and stretch from the inside after trying to fit it on as best as possible. I finally put it on and washed my hair today and wow! I've never used a diffuser before and can't believe I missed it. My hair dried so quickly with just a little of the product I normally use and doesn't frizz at all.
